Clearcraft runs this website. When we say "we," "us," or "our," that's us. We're offering everything on this site—information, tools, services—to you on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices listed here. When you visit or buy from us, you're using our Service and agreeing to follow the terms below. That includes any additional terms and policies mentioned in links. These apply to everyone on the site, whether you're just browsing or making a purchase. Read this carefully before you go any further. If you use any part of the site, you're bound by these terms. Don't like them? Don't use the site. If we're making an offer here, your acceptance is limited to exactly what's written. Any new features we add later fall under these same terms. By agreeing to this, you're saying you're old enough to do so in your area, or that you have permission from someone who is. You can't use our products for anything illegal or unauthorized. Don't break any laws in your location while using the Service. No malware. No viruses. No destructive code of any kind. Break these terms and your access stops immediately.

We can refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Your content might travel across networks unencrypted and change format to work with different systems. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer. Don't copy, duplicate, sell, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission. The section headers here are just for convenience and don't limit anything.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We're not responsible if information here is wrong, incomplete, or outdated. This material is general reference only and shouldn't be your only source for decisions. Any reliance on what's here is your risk. Some content is historical and outdated by definition. We can change site content anytime but don't have to update anything. You need to check for changes yourself.

Prices can change without warning. We can modify or shut down the Service (or parts of it) whenever we want. We're not liable for price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Some items only exist online and may be limited. Returns and exchanges follow our Return Policy. We try to show colors and images accurately, but your monitor might display them differently. We can limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction. We can also limit quantities of any product. Product descriptions and pricing can change anytime without notice. We might discontinue items at any moment. Offers that violate local law are void. We don't guarantee products will meet your expectations or that errors will be fixed.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We can reject orders or limit quantities per person, household, or order. If we cancel or change something, we'll try to contact you using the email or phone number from your order. We also reserve the right to block orders from dealers and resellers. We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't control or monitor. We provide these tools "as is" and "as available" with no warranties or endorsements. We're not responsible for checking those sites or their accuracy and won't be liable for anything on them. If something goes wrong with a purchase or transaction on a third-party site, that's not on us. Read their policies carefully before you buy. Complaints about their products should go to them.

If you send us something we ask for (like contest entries) or something we don't ask for (ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans), you're letting us edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and use it however we want. We don't have to keep it private, pay you for it, or respond. We can monitor and remove content we think is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We don't have to, but we can. Don't send us anything that violates someone else's rights or contains malware. Use your real email address and don't pretend to be someone else. You're responsible for what you submit and whether it's accurate. We're not.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Typos and mistakes happen. We can fix them, update information, or cancel orders if something's wrong, all without telling you first. We don't have to update anything unless the law requires it. No refresh date means anything could be outdated.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES

You can't use this site to do anything illegal, to get others to break the law, or to violate regulations in your area. Don't infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else's. Don't harass, defame, or discriminate. Don't submit false information. Don't upload viruses or malware. Don't collect personal data from others or spam. Don't try to hack the site or interfere with its security. We can shut down your access if you violate any of this.

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service might be interrupted, delayed, or have errors. We don't guarantee the results will be accurate. We can take it offline or cancel it anytime without notice. You use it at your own risk. Everything is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, including no promises about fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We're not liable for injuries, losses, or damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—including lost profits or data loss. This applies whether the issue is based in contract, negligence, or anything else, and applies even if we knew it might happen. Some places don't allow these limits, so in those places our liability is limited as much as the law allows.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and protect Clearcraft, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including legal fees) from anyone else if you break these terms or violate any law or someone's rights.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part gets removed but everything else stays in place.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

Obligations made before termination still stand afterward. Either of us can end this agreement. Stop using the Service or tell us you want to stop. We can also terminate if we think you've broken the terms, without notice. You still owe what you owe up to that point.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Not enforcing something doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, plus any policies on the site, make up the whole agreement between us about the Service and replace anything said before. Unclear wording won't be read against whoever wrote it.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.

You can see the current version anytime on this page. We can update these terms whenever we want by posting changes. Check back periodically. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you've accepted them.
